I went for Apple Music when Google announced its transition from GPM to YTM with no clear indication that YTM would retain GPM's personal streaming feature at all I understand YTM did keep it, but at lower bitrates than GPM or Apple Music.) Those apps, however, aren't as full-featured as on Apple devices (including Apple TV boxes), or even iTunes for Windows.

(I use Apple Music almost exclusively on my Samsung Android phone & tablet - I don't own an Apple device anymore & almost never have - with iTunes for Windows mainly as an uploader for the iCloud Music Library feature which only YouTube Music now comes close to, though neither is as good at streaming your personal MP3's & rips as Google Play Music was even in its free version. Ironically, Apple TV is now an app on non-Apple streaming platforms such as Roku, Fire TV, Samsung's Tizen, LG's webOS, Vizio's SmartCast, and even some Sony Android TVs with broader Android/Google TV support set for later this year, though sadly still not on other Android devices.
